Return & Refund Policy

At Vistara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to return items and request a refund.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, if the product is damaged or has any manufacturing defects the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 1 days of the delivery date. You must also have the un-cut video of package opening 
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance or final sale items

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at within 1 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details

    about the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  • Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include any documentation, accessories, or manuals that were included with the product.
  • Step 4: Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
    • The item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

    4. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
